By using our, you agree to hold harmless FX Marketing Limited trading as Cornelia.nz for any adverse reactions that may result from use of said products, services, or media. Our services are not a replacement for licensed medical care or professional legal or financial consultation. All our services, products, messages, and media are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, emotional, financial, or legal advice.

Reiki in-person appointments

Payment to be made at the time of your appointment.

When you book your appointment, we are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this is to be done via the special link in your booking confirmation email.

We realise that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment. Out of courtesy to us and to other clients who are waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge full price for no shows, cancellations, and changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment any time.

Distance Reiki via Zoom

Distance Reiki sessions are to be pre-paid in full. The Reiki session will start promptly at the time you select, whether you are present or not. So even if you can't make it for some reason, you will still receive Reiki.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Rife sessions

For remote Rife sessions, we cannot go ahead until we have received clean, chemical-free nail clippings from you. For on-going treatments, fresh nail clippings will be required each month. Monthly review sessions are recommended to ensure your Rife programs are still the best ones for you.

Pendulum readings

The information provided during the reading is for entertainment purposes only and should not substitute for professional, financial, medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. No guarantees can be made regarding the readings, all sales are final.

The contents of a pendulum reading are not legally binding. Any decision made, or actions taken by you as a result of your pendulum reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my pendulum readings. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading will take place.

Prepaid treatments

Prepayment cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Due to treatments being at an upfront discounted rate, they are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

eBooks

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of our eBooks are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds or guarantees.

Privacy policy

We value our relationship with you and we promise to never share your name or any of your identifying information with anyone, period. 

Medical and liability waivers

FX Marketing Limited trading as Cornelia.nz does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness with Reiki, card reading, eBooks, spiritual information, pendulum readings, or any other services, courses, or products offered by us. By using our products, services, courses, or media, the client/purchaser/user (hereafter referred to as the "User") agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend us from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of the User's involvement in participation of our services, products, and courses and to reimburse us for any such expenses incurred.

These Terms and Policies and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
