By using our, you agree to hold harmless FX Marketing Limited trading as Cornelia.nz / Cornelia Reiki + Wellness for any adverse reactions that may result from use of said products, services, or media. Our services are not a replacement for licensed medical care or professional legal or financial consultation. All our services, products, messages, and media are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, emotional, financial, or legal advice.

Reiki and Ear Reflexology in-person appointments

In-person appointments are for women only.

Payment to be made at the time of your appointment.

When you book your appointment, we are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, this is to be done via the special link in your booking confirmation email.

We realise that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment. Out of courtesy to us and to other clients who are waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge full price for no shows, cancellations, and changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Distance Reiki via Zoom

Distance Reiki sessions are to be pre-paid in full. The Reiki session will start promptly at the time you select, whether you are present or not. So even if you can't make it for some reason, you will still receive Reiki.

There are no refunds for no-shows.

Rife sessions

For remote Rife sessions, we cannot go ahead until we have received clean, chemical-free nail clippings from you. For on-going treatments, fresh nail clippings will be required each month. Monthly review sessions are recommended to ensure your Rife programs are still the best ones for you.

Pendulum readings

The information provided during the reading is for entertainment purposes only and should not substitute for professional, financial, medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. No guarantees can be made regarding the readings, all sales are final.

The contents of a pendulum reading are not legally binding. Any decision made, or actions taken by you as a result of your pendulum reading are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my pendulum readings. It is only with the complete understanding and acceptance of the above that your reading will take place.

Sorry, I do not work with questions relating to health concerns or mortality.

Prepaid treatments

Prepayment cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Due to treatments being at an upfront discounted rate, they are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

eBooks

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of our eBooks are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds or guarantees.

Privacy policy

We value our relationship with you and we promise to never share your name or any of your identifying information with anyone, period. 

Physical products - The Hot Flush Fix

The Hot Flush Fix DIY Ear Seed Kit is a complementary wellness product intended to support general wellbeing only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The information provided with the product is for educational purposes only and does not replace the advice of a licensed healthcare professional. Individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Ear seeds are not suitable during an unstable or high-risk pregnancy, if you have an injured or post-surgical ear, or if you are unwell with a fever. If you have any concerns about your health, are on medication, or are under medical supervision, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before purchasing or using this product.

By purchasing and using The Hot Flush Fix, the User confirms that they have read and understood all instructions and warnings provided with the product, and that they are using the product entirely at their own risk. FX Marketing Limited T/A Cornelia Reiki + Wellness accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, or adverse outcome arising from the purchase or use of this product, including any outcome resulting from incorrect use, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions provided.

Shipping policy - The Hot Flush Fix

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery options available for The Hot Flush Fix orders placed us.

Shipping within New Zealand

• Shipping is available New Zealand-wide at a flat rate of $10. Sorry, I do not ship internationally.
• Orders are sent via NZ Post couriers, with overnight delivery booked. However, actual delivery times are subject to NZ Post's network and any unforeseen delays are beyond my control.
• Please allow 2–3 working days for courier pickup from the time your order is completed.

Local pickup

• Local pickup in Kerikeri is available by arrangement for customers purchasing directly at an appointment. This option is not available for online orders.

Tracking information

• Tracking is available upon request. Please contact me at cornelia@fxmarketing.co.nz if you would like your tracking details, as I do not currently have an automated system for sending this information.

Returns and refunds - The Hot Flush Fix

Due to the personal nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the kit has been dispatched, except where the kit arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent. If your kit arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or where the product did not achieve the results hoped for. Individual results vary - please refer to the disclaimer above before purchasing.

Medical and liability waivers

FX Marketing Limited trading as Cornelia.nz does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness with Reiki, Rife, ear reflexology, ozone treatments, card reading, eBooks, spiritual information, pendulum readings, or any other services, courses, or products offered by us. By using our products, services, courses, or media, the client/purchaser/user (hereafter referred to as the "User") agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend us from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of the User's involvement in participation of our services, products, and courses and to reimburse us for any such expenses incurred.

These Terms and Policies and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
